HELM connects customers with independent, licensed, and insured providers ("Providers"). When you book, you contract directly with the Provider for services and payment.

We coordinate communication and scheduling, gather photo updates, and request a quick rating after completion. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll help coordinate a resolution with the Provider.
